SSKIC’s “Startup Grant Challenge 2022” was promoted heavily among startups and interested students and university leaders at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University on 22nd March 2022. Institute of Business Management’s SSK Incubation Center (SSKIC) with the collaboration of the ORIC Department at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University took the initiative of facilitating students/startups with all information about startup grant challenge 2022 to motivate and encourage them to apply to the competition and become eligible to win the grant award of PKR 500,000 for their startups.
Director ORIC MAJU Dr. Junaid Rehman facilitated the team from IoBM including Head of Incubation Mr. Burhan Saiyed. The incubation team presented the details of the competition and fielded questions from the interested students of MAJU. The presentation’s key briefings included benefits, eligibility criteria, the procedure for application, duration of the incubation program commencement, SSKIC services, training courses, and the incubation period. The next stages of the competition include the selection of startups for the semi-finals and finals with the new cohort joining the program in June 2022. SSKIC is committed to promoting the most innovative and technology-focused startups that aim to solve real-world problems while focusing on ESG initiatives.
