Incubation

Process

Starting in June and concluding by December, the 6-month incubation program offers comprehensive training and mentoring to selected startups in a range of areas including intellectual and legal protection, digital branding and sales, strategy and product development, and agile project management.

Throughout the program, mentors work closely with startups to refine their ideas and bring them to fruition. In order to progress, the selected startups must reach certain milestones within this timeframe, which may include developing a proof of concept, a minimum viable product (MVP), financial and marketing plans, as well as a compelling business case.

Pre-Incubation involves identifying promising new startup teams with the potential for growth and success. Teams are selected based on their innovative, technology-based ideas, which must be relevant, feasible, and supported by pre-concept research.

Incubation, startups undergo a 6-month period of development, during which they refine their business concepts to be complete, tested, and bankable. By the end of this stage, they should have a business pitch, a minimum viable product (MVP), and an investor-ready business plan.

Post-Incubation provides ongoing support for startups after they have completed the incubation process and are ready to run their businesses independently. This stage includes activities aimed at helping startups maintain their momentum and achieve continued growth.
