Talib S. Karim
President
Mr. Talib S. Karim, President, Institute of Business Management, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Economics with specialization in International Trade, both from the University of Arizona, USA. He has worked for a financial institution for ten years before joining the Institute full-time in 1997. He has also taught Economics at the University of Arizona, USA and IoBM. He also attended the Oxford Advanced Management & Leadership Program at Oxford University. He is an Executive Council member of the Management Association of Pakistan and the President of Marketing Association of Pakistan and represents the Institute in various Associations nationally and internationally
Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro
Rector
Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro, Professor of Computer Science, Dean at College of Computer Science & Information Systems, and Acting Rector at Institute of Business Management, has received BSc (Hons) and M.Sc degrees in Computer Science from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan and his PhD in Computer Applications from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He has more than 28 years of extensive and diverse experience as an administrator, computer programmer, researcher and teacher.
Mehboob S. Karim
Chief Technical Advisor
Mehboob Karim is an experienced Subject Matter Advisor for Digital Asset Performance Management with over 30 years of expertise in asset and operations management. He provides strategic leadership and support to clients in digital asset performance initiatives and has directed E2E DAPM business process analyses and digital solution reviews for clients in various sectors.

For more than a decade, Raza has earned trust and credibility with diverse eminent international development, private institutions, corporate organizations, non-profits, start-ups, and professional associations in creating impact, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
He has been associated as a Startup Mentor with Shell Tameer and National Incubation Center. He has presented Pakistan at UNESCO’s Flagship Entrepreneurship Education meeting globally.
Agha Muhammad Hassaan Khan

An ambitious entrepreneur with a rich background in business and technology is Agha Muhammad Hassaan Khan. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Management and a BS(CS) from NED University, giving him a special combination of technological know-how and business savvy for all of his activities.
Khan has six years of expertise in a variety of industries, including Amazon, Digital Marketing, Software Houses, Biomedical, and Start-up Ecosystem. His extensive background has given him a solid understanding of the chances and difficulties that companies encounter in the fast-paced industry of today.
